Autumn Project

I don't know about where you are but here in Northern Michigan the temperatures have already begun to change. The leaves are even starting to change color. It seems way to early for that type of thing but alas the calendar even says it is time to get ready for the autumn season. Autumn is my favorite time of year. I love the crispness in the air and the beautiful colors of all the leaves changing. It means it is time to start knitting up the warmer projects that I couldn't bring myself to drag out of my knitting bag when it was 90 plus degrees outside. I have been working on this sweater project for two seasons now and I do believe it is high time I finished this project so I can finally wear it during this fall. I chose a nice dark teal color in a washable wool yarn and cooridinated it with a nice subtle cream. I love the colors together and can't wait to be able to wear this out and about. I just have to finish the arm and it will be complete! Here are a few snap shots of what it looks like.
What kind of knitting projects are you currently working on? What is on your wish list this season? Share your thoughts and comments. I'd love to hear what everyone has going on!
